About Our Classes

Services Training provides training during the entire client lifecycle. We will train you both Pre Go-Live: during your software Implementation (build of) Aptify, and after – with Live: Continuing Education, Re-Training, and New Hire classes.  We want to be your source of trusted learning about Aptify for all you need, whenever you need it.

We offer training in two major formats:

Scheduled – At a set time conducted virtually. Participation in Scheduled classes can be arranged in two ways: Checking the Schedule page on this site for pre-arranged classes. Reaching out to us via the Contact Us page and requesting to schedule a class.
Choice – Users can choose topics from any of our 15 classes and create their own agenda. This option is only for clients that are Live with the Aptify platform. Classes can be conducted virtually or on-site. See the Choice Class Description for more details.

On this page, clients can determine the what, whom, when, and how of our classes by examining the following:

Class & Summary – Clients can see What the class is about – What is the Class called, what does it involve (Class Summary), and what are the details of the class by downloading the Class Description.  Note: class descriptions include important decision-making information such as class times, pre-requisites, and a detailed class agenda of topics/sub-topics.
Level – Clients can see Who should take the class – and what is the minimum requirement level for the class: End User, Administrator, or Developer. Class prerequisites still apply.
Timing – Clients can see When they should take a class – Should they take it during their Pre Go-Live phase, or after, when they are Live with the platform as Continuing Education, Re-Training, and/or New Hire Training.
Format – Clients can see How they can take the class – Is the class available as a Scheduled option, as a part of Choice Training, or both.
